After 6 months of extensive search, Client A has been unsuccessfully in recruiting for a Sales Manager.

Our consultant reviewed the job specification and found that the Hiring Manager has unrealistic expectations. Base on the job specification, there isn’t such candidate in market.  Our consultant presented the market information to the Talent Acquisition Specialist and the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager was convinced by our consultant and the job specification was revised.
